ITSS TOR Creator เป็นแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับพนักงานขององค์กรใช้จัดการวงจรเอกสาร TOR (ขอจัดหา → ร่าง → ทบทวน → อนุมัติ → คัดเลือกผู้ขาย → สัญญา/PO → ส่งมอบ/จ่ายเงิน → ปิดงาน/ต่อสัญญา) พัฒนาและดูแลโดย บริษัท อินเตอร์ซอฟท์ โซลูชั่น จำกัด (Intersoft Solution Co., Ltd.) นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าแอปเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้เพื่ออะไร และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง
1. ข้อมูลที่แอปเก็บ

2. การเข้าถึงและการแชร์ข้อมูล
ข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) ไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ขององค์กรเท่านั้น แอปไม่ขายหรือแชร์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้บุคคลภายนอกเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาด ข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ (sign-in) ที่ใช้ Azure AD จะได้รับการตรวจสอบผ่าน Microsoft Entra ID ขององค์กรเท่านั้น
3. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
ข้อมูลถูกเก็บไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ขององค์กร และเก็บรักษาตราบเท่าที่บัญชีผู้ใช้ยังใช้งานอยู่ หรือตามระยะเวลาที่ นโยบายเก็บเอกสารขององค์กรกำหนด ไฟล์แนบจัดเก็บเป็นไฟล์ (ไม่ใช่ Base64) แยกจากฐานข้อมูล
4. สิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้
ผู้ใช้สามารถขอดู แก้ไข หรือขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนเองได้ โดยติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบภายในองค์กร หรือตามช่องทางติดต่อด้านล่าง

ITSS TOR Creator is an internal business application used by organization staff to manage the Terms of Reference (TOR) procurement lifecycle (request → draft → review → approve → vendor selection → contract/PO → delivery/payment → closeout/renewal). It is developed and maintained by Intersoft Solution Co., Ltd. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect

The app does not access the camera, take photos, or collect location (GPS) data.
2. Data Access and Sharing
All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the organization's own server only. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Azure AD sign-in is verified through the organization's own Microsoft Entra ID tenant only.
3. Data Retention and Security
Data is stored on the organization's own server and retained for as long as the user account remains active, or per the organization's document retention policy. Attachments are stored as files (not Base64) separately from the database.

Users may request to view, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting their organization administrator or via the contact details below.
