SFG Mobile เป็นแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับพนักงานคลังสินค้าขององค์กร ใช้จัดการสินค้าสำเร็จรูป (Finished Goods) พัฒนาและดูแลโดย บริษัท อินเตอร์ซอฟท์ โซลูชั่น จำกัด (Intersoft Solution Co., Ltd.) นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าแอปเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้เพื่ออะไร และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง
1. ข้อมูลที่แอปเก็บ

แอปขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงกล้องเพื่อถ่ายภาพสินค้าเท่านั้น และจะใช้กล้องเมื่อผู้ใช้กดถ่ายภาพเอง
2. สิ่งที่แอปไม่ได้ทำ
- ไม่ติดตามผู้ใช้ข้ามแอปหรือเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทอื่น
- ไม่มีโฆษณา และไม่ใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของบุคคลที่สาม
- ไม่เก็บตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ หรือคลังรูปภาพในเครื่อง
- ไม่ขายหรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้บุคคลภายนอกเพื่อการตลาด
3. การจัดเก็บและการเปิดเผยข้อมูล
ข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส และจัดเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ขององค์กรผู้ใช้งาน เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ได้รับอนุญาต เราจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่อบุคคลภายนอกเฉพาะเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนดเท่านั้น
4. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา
ข้อมูลจะถูกเก็บไว้ตราบเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินงานและตามนโยบายการเก็บเอกสารขององค์กร
5. สิทธิ์ของคุณ
คุณสามารถขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือขอลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ รวมถึงขอปิดบัญชีผู้ใช้ได้ โดยติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบขององค์กร หรือติดต่อเราตามช่องทางด้านล่าง ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562
6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เราจะปรับปรุงหน้านี้และแก้ไขวันที่ด้านบน

Privacy Policy – SFG Mobile
SFG Mobile is an app for an organization's warehouse staff to manage finished goods. It is developed and maintained by Intersoft Solution Co., Ltd. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what rights you have.
1. Data the app collects

| Work data such as warehouse, storage location, orders, products and recorded quantities | To carry out warehouse operations and record which user performed each transaction. |
| Product photos you take with the camera inside the app | Used as supporting documentation for orders. Photos are uploaded to the organization's server. |
The app requests camera access only to photograph products, and uses the camera only when you choose to take a photo.
2. What the app does not do
- It does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.
- It does not collect location, contacts, or your device photo library.
- It does not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
3. Storage and disclosure
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on the servers of the organization using the app, accessible only to authorized personnel. Data is disclosed to outside parties only where required by law.
4. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for operations and in line with the organization's record-keeping policy.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask for your account to be closed, by contacting your organization's system administrator or us using the details below, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
6. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
