เข้าสู่ระบบไม่ได้
ตรวจสอบชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน ถ้าใช้งานนอกเครือข่ายขององค์กร ให้เปิดสวิตช์ Use Public URL ที่หน้า Login ก่อนกดเข้าสู่ระบบ หากยังไม่ได้ ให้ติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบเพื่อตรวจสอบสิทธิ์หรือรีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน
ฉันจะขอบัญชีผู้ใช้ได้อย่างไร
แอปนี้ไม่มีการสมัครสมาชิกภายในแอป บัญชีผู้ใช้ออกโดยผู้ดูแลระบบขององค์กรเท่านั้น
ไม่เห็นคลังสินค้าหรือออเดอร์ที่ต้องการ
รายการที่แสดงขึ้นอยู่กับสิทธิ์ของบัญชีคุณ กรุณาติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบเพื่อขอสิทธิ์เพิ่ม
ถ่ายภาพสินค้าไม่ได้
ไปที่ การตั้งค่า > SFG Mobile แล้วเปิดสิทธิ์ กล้อง

Frequently asked questions
I can't sign in
Check your username and password. If you are outside the organization's network, turn on the Use Public URL switch on the login screen before signing in. If it still fails, contact your system administrator to check your access or reset your password.
How do I get an account?
There is no sign-up inside the app. Accounts are issued only by the organization's system administrator.
I can't see a warehouse or order
What you see depends on your account's permissions. Ask your system administrator for access.
I can't take product photos
Open Settings > SFG Mobile and enable Camera access.
Delete my data or close my account
Contact your organization's system administrator or email us at the address above. See the Privacy Policy for details.
